Service Description
ook Studio A for professional recording sessions in Wayne Street Live’s main studio. This service is for recording time only and is ideal for full bands, live tracking, vocals, drums, instruments, choir sections, overdubs, and studio performances. Studio A Recording Time includes access to the live room, control room, and recording setup needed for your session. This option does not include rehearsal-only bookings, content rentals, live events, showcases, or audience-based sessions unless approved under a separate service.
Cancellation Policy
To keep sessions fair and professional, all clients agree to the following when booking any studio. Rates Standard rate: $115/hour (unless otherwise quoted). 2-hour minimum for all recording sessions. Packages and promotions may have separate written terms that will apply. Payments A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is paid and you receive confirmation. Remaining balance is due at the end of your session, before final files are delivered. Overtime is billed in 60-minute increments at the standard or agreed rate, subject to availability. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows You may reschedule one time without losing your deposit with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules within 48 hours may require a new deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. In limited cases, cancellations made 72 or more hours in advance may be credited toward a future session at management’s discretion. If you are more than 30 minutes late with no communication, it may be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. Lost time is not added unless paid for and the schedule allows. Session Time Session time starts at the scheduled time, not arrival. Setup, soundcheck, and file transfers occur within your booked time. Arrive prepared with beats, stems, lyrics, and references ready and clearly labeled. Engineers begin saving and wrapping up 5–10 minutes before the end of your session. Files & Storage Full mixing and mastering are not included in standard hourly sessions unless stated. Mixing and mastering are typically quoted per song. It is the client’s responsibility to request and secure files, stems, and mixes. Files may be delivered via link or client-provided drive; large projects may include a transfer fee. Wayne Street Live may keep backups as a courtesy but does not guarantee long-term storage and is not responsible for lost or corrupted files after delivery. Conduct Wayne Street Live is a community-centered space. Respect for staff, artists, and property is required. A small number of guests is allowed if they do not disrupt the session; large groups must be approved. Management may end a session without refund for unsafe or disrespectful behavior. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by negligence. Wayne Street Live is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
