The House Party is Wayne Street Live’s ongoing event series—an intimate, high-energy live experience hosted in Studio A’s Live Room. It’s built for artists, musicians, and music lovers to connect in a real way: curated performances, surprise moments, and a true “in the room” vibe with professional sound and a community-first atmosphere. Come to perform, network, or just catch a great set—House Party is where Houston’s creators link up, build relationships, and celebrate new music together.

The Concert Series at Wayne Street Live is a live-in-studio performance experience for artists who want to showcase their original music in front of a real audience—hosted in Studio A’s Live Room. Each set is captured with professional audio and video, giving participating artists high-quality content they can use to market, promote, and build momentum after the show. It’s part concert, part content session—designed to help artists perform, connect, and leave with assets that move their career forward.

Open House at Wayne Street Live is our quarterly creative mixer—an easy, welcoming way to experience the studio, meet the team, and catch the vibe. Each Open House features a live DJ plus special artist performances, creating the perfect backdrop to connect with other creators and the WSL community. Come tour the space, meet our house engineers and staff, ask questions about recording and rehearsal options, and see what’s possible inside the studio. Whether you’re new to Wayne Street Live or ready to start your next project, Open House is the best first stop.

Writers Room is Wayne Street Live’s poetry club. Built for poets and spoken-word artists who want to sharpen their craft and grow in community, Writers Room includes two bi-weekly meetups each month, coaching and clinics with experienced poets, and a supportive space to write, workshop, and perform.Members also receive guaranteed performance opportunities at Wayne Street Live open mics, plus discounts on select studio services to help capture and elevate your work.
